In Pau or Le Havre, the Paris Philharmonic invites itself to children from the regions

It’s a Tour de France of Initiatives all in musicality that awaits us today. Evan Adelinet, plunges us into the world of Paris Philharmonic who sets up orchestras all over France, in the Meuse, in Pau or around Le Havre, with children living in rural areas or in working-class neighborhoods. The goal of this project is simply to teach classical music to children aged 7 to 12 who do not have access to music schools or conservatories for economic, geographical or social reasons. You can ask your community of municipalities to initiate the steps with the Philharmonie for the creation of a DEMOS orchestra near you. The cost over 3 years amounts to €235,000, but the State, institutions and patrons fund 60% of the budget. The remaining 40% will be shared between your community, the department and the region. All the information can be found on demos.philharmoniedeparis.fr.
