In Paris, the disappointment of tourists in front of monuments under construction

If tourists can finally return to Paris after two years of pandemic, many are disappointed with the many construction sites underway in the capital.

In front of the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame or the Grand Palais, they complain that the palisades or advertising posters hiding the works in progress spoil their holiday photos.

“Frankly, it’s very, very disappointing, it’s a shame! In fact, to take a picture of the Eiffel Tower, you have to be much further away. It’s a waste, it’s a waste, ”regrets Francine Cabrier.
