A drop of 5.6% in Haute-Vienne and 4.8% in Corrèze. Figures concerning category A, that of job seekers who have not exercised any activity. For the other categories, there is also a reduction in unemployment, but less significant: it is around 2% in the two departments.
A drop of almost 13% over one year in Haute-Vienne
Young people under 25 have benefited the most from this decline. unemployment both in Haute-Vienne and in Corrèze. Corrèze, where the number of job seekers among young people fell by 20% over the whole of last year, but there was also a significant drop in Haute-Vienne since unemployment among the under-25s fell by 17%. Over one year, that is to say over the whole of 2021, the number of jobseekers of all ages has fallen by more than 10% in Corrèze and even by almost 13% in Haute-Vienne.
