Me, I like to eat things that people would not eat.

Ingredients for a good Carrot Cake:
– Fresh grated carrots
– Applesauce
– Neutral oil (grapeseed or rapeseed)
– Eggs
– Ideally cinnamon or 4 spices
– Walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts
– Baking soda for volume

For the icing:
– Butter
– Cream cheese
– Icing sugar
