In the streets of Darmstad (Germany), he connects the interventions, often urgent. When this convenience store arrives on site, it is often a surprise. Many expected a tow truck to arrive, rather than a bicycle and trailer. “I would not have believed, I was afraid that he would come in a huge truck. I prefer the bike, it’s less intrusive”confides the motorist.

For a basic problem, like in this case a flat battery, the repairman has plenty to do in his toolbox. “Small parts, vehicle opening system, keys, tire repair kit”, he lists. Less than a minute later, the problem is indeed solved. He thus travels up to 60 km per day in the city. “Fortunately, it’s an electric bike, because the trailer is heavy. But I don’t have a problem, I’m relaxed and the fresh air does me good”he confides.
