For Julien Odoul, those who let go of Marine Le Pen are not ready to take power. “The people who finally left prefer to be confined to the opposition, which is much quieter and much more peaceful”declares the RN spokesperson to Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine before indicating the difference between the candidate he supports and his main rival: “Marine Le Pen, she wants power, she wants to take on responsibilities, she wants to implement our ideas. So that effectively implies having the seriousness of the work, the seriousness of the proposals, of being in line with this what the French people are asking for and the challenges of France in 2022. All of this makes Marine Le Pen not just an opposition candidate but an alternative candidate”.
