Images of children in cages circulated massively on social networks. Contrary to what may be claimed, they were not kidnapped by Hamas.
After the attacks against Israel, Hamas took nearly 150 Israeli citizens hostage, including children. Among the many viral videos purporting to illustrate these kidnappings, some have been falsely attributed to the Palestinian terrorist organization. One of them shows children locked in a cage.
