There are many diets to lose weight. Whether it be Weight Watchers, Like I Like, or the Dukan diet, all pay off on different scales. But wouldn’t the best diet be to participate in “Koh Lanta” ? Experts will say no. Since if we lose a lot of weight, we can easily regain the double. Despite everything, the number of kilos that evaporates in just a few days of participation is enough to make those who wish to melt at high speed dream. And Alexandre is the embodiment of this.
Indeed, the 35-year-old logistics manager saw his adventure come to an end this Tuesday, March 7. During the third episode of the new season hosted by Denis Brogniart, the father of two children was eliminated. Despite everything, he keeps excellent memories of his adventure. Especially since, like other adventurers before him, he was able to lose a few pounds… and not just a little. Guest on the set of “TPMP” this Wednesday, March 8, the young man said a little more about this weight loss.

At first, Alexandre assures him, he has “lived a great adventure”. And this despite the fact that it is “hard to get out after three episodes”. “It was really great, it lasted nine days”said the candidate of the adventure program of TF1. The opportunity for Cyril Hanouna to learn more behind the scenes of the shooting. “In Koh-Lanta they don’t even give you a little makrout?”asked the host of the daily C8. “Ah no, nothing at all! Nothing at all!”assures Alexandre before revealing his enormous weight loss: “I lost 8 kilos in nine days. I’m already sweating a lot. I was sweating there. There was a huge humidity level”.
It must be said that the role assigned to him on the island also allowed him to melt at high speed: “my role was to cut wood and that made me lose a lot of weight as well. I was off to a good start. If I stayed 40 days I came back dry”. On the other hand, the logistics manager admits, on the other hand, “it recovers very quickly, in two weeks”. Subsequently, Matthieu Delormeau asked him if the libido was really at its lowest, as a cameraman friend told him. “In the morning, the brain quickly makes a choice about survival, there is nothing more that rises, there is nothing more that comes…”, “didn’t you have a hard-on?” Cyril Hanouna then cut him off. “I didn’t have a hard-on no”confessed the candidate, causing the giggles on set.
