Herriko meat, the Basque Country on your plate

The story begins in 2009 within the framework of a reflection carried out by the Cluster of agrifood companies UZTARTU on how to bring more Added Value to the Basque territory. In 2020 the production of Herriko meat was 680 oxen and 650 Calves around 300 breeders.
