This Sunday, October 1, 2023, TF1 broadcast a new issue of its show Seven to Eight. After Camille Cotin, Dominique Tapie and Juliette Armanet, it was with the beautiful Lætitia Casta that Audrey Crespo-Mara had the chance to speak. During her interview, Louis Garrel’s companion notably had the opportunity to discuss the Me too movement, born in the United States in 2007, but also her collaboration with producer Harvey Weinstein, accused, convicted and incarcerated for rape and sexual assault on several women.
“You met Harvey Weinstein, the famous Hollywood producer, accused by nearly a hundred women of sexual assault, even rape… One day you see him in Cannes, does he invite you to lunch?”, the journalist first asked her guest. A question to which the starAsterix and Obelix against Caesar responded as follows: “We talk about cinema, we talk about work. And then when he asks me questions about my private life, I tell him that I have a man in my life and I show him the photos of my children… And that’s it. was set up”.

“I do not know what happened”
Confident, Lætitia Casta leaves no room for doubt. She also claims to have always known how to deal with this kind of situation. “I don’t know what was going on in his head, but in any case, I’m very clear. It’s so much in my genes that when faced with complicated situations, I’ve always been able to bounce back. But it’s not for everyone.” she added.
