Monday October 23, the National Medicines Safety Agency (ANSM) advises against the use of several anti-cold treatments, considered potentially dangerous. On the set of 20 Heures, Dr. Kierzek indicates that “these are vasoconstrictor medications which aim to relieve cold symptoms and unclog the vessels of the nose”. The eight drugs concerned all contain pseudoephedrine which will have a vasoconstriction role.
