Stade Rennais will have to do without its captain Hamari Traoré for its next two Europa League matches. Expelled against Fenerbahçe on September 15, the right-back of the Rouge et Noir received a two-game suspension imposed by the UEFA Disciplinary Committee. He will miss the double confrontation against Dynamo Kyiv this Thursday, September 6 at Roazhon Park and September 13 in Krakow.
Hamari Traoré will also be absent against Lyon on October 16, after his yellow card received in Strasbourg last weekend, the third in less than ten league games. In his absence, it is Lorenz Assignon who should occupy his position as right-back, and Benjamin Bourigeaud will inherit the captain’s armband.
