Outdoor Activity: Halloween Illumi

The Illumi multimedia trail is back in Laval this year for a third completely revamped presentation that begins this Thursday with a special Halloween trail. On foot or by car, visitors will be able to travel through the New Féerie de Lumières, set up in a space twice the size of the previous edition. With monsters, ghosts, witches, oversized candies and some 2,000 pumpkin lanterns, this extraordinary Halloween party promises to be the brightest in the world, according to organizers. Illumi will switch to the Christmas theme at the end of November.

The Halloween party will be celebrated in a big way in the Jardins de la Pépinière, in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district, in Montreal.

The large terrace, open all year round in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district of Montreal, is transformed during Halloween weekend. Young and old are invited to dress up to enjoy free activities organized by La Pépinière – Collective spaces. Saturday evening, hosted by DJ Blaster, is aimed more at older people, while Sunday will be devoted to families; the storyteller Jérôme Bérubé will be on site from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and we have heard that a witch will visit the place between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., not to mention the make-up stations and the distribution of candies.
