“Right now, commitment does not equate to delivery.” Half of the Western weapons promised to Ukraine are delivered late, the Ukrainian Defense Minister said on Sunday February 25. Because of these delays, “we are losing people, we would lose territories”, added Roustem Oumerov, during a forum dedicated to the second anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The Ukrainian army faces an extremely difficult situation on the front. Therefore, the Ukrainian president requested military aid from his allies and demanded delivery “on time”. • Thousands of people demonstrate in France.
