Shots were fired Tuesday evening in Rivière-des-Prairies, in Montreal. There are no casualties at the moment.
At around 7:15 p.m., shots were fired on rue Jacques-Rousseau, near avenue Gilbert-Barbier.
“On the spot, the police located at least one impact of a projectile on a parked vehicle, as well as casings on the ground,” said Véronique Comtois, spokesperson for the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM).
A perimeter has been established to protect the scene and investigators will come to analyze it.
