Grated carrots, celery remoulade, mixed vegetables… several prepared Casino brand dishes are being recalled throughout France due to chemical contamination, according to the Rappel Conso website. A descaling product was found inside. Consumer reminder recommends no longer consuming the product and returning it to the point of sale. A refund will be made.

The products concerned are shredded carrots 300g Casino (GTIN 3222477061255, lot 330001, use-by date 14/11/2023), celery remoulade 300g Casino (GTIN 3222477061279, lot 330001, use-by date 14/11/2023), Macedonia vegetables 300g Casino (GTIN 3222477059702, lot 330001, use-by date 12/11/2023) as well as grated carrots 1kg Casino (GTIN 3222477059603, lot 330001, use-by date 14/11/2023). The recall process will end on November 19.
