In a few clicks, a couple received an offer to purchase their one-bedroom apartment in the Paris region from 247,000 net sellers. In reality, the agency has not yet purchased the property. The couple will only receive the money when there is a buyer. If there are no buyers after one year, the agency will have to buy the property itself.

Owners are forced to accept a discount on the proceeds of their property, up to 8% below market prices.
