For a few weeks, he has been presenting his film in all the media… but this Tuesday, November 15, it was up to the spectators to finally discover Stay a little longer, the new realization of Gad Elmaleh. Inspired by his own life, it presents the many questions he had about religion and a possible conversion to Christianity.
Questioned on television sets on these questions, the comedian had explained that he now lived a very healthy life, favoring well-being and spirituality. The opportunity for Léa Salamé to make a remark to him that had shocked him in What an era!his program on France 2: “You don’t smoke anymore, you don’t drink anymore, you do retreats in monasteries, what’s the next step, sexual abstinence, it’s over, you don’t fuck anymore?“. A question which was actually a bet between the journalist and her producer, but which made Gad Elmaleh laugh… without him answering!
Single for the moment, there is no question for him of having a possible companion play in his film, nor his two sons, Noé (22 years old) and Raphaël (almost 9 years old), born of different love stories. On the other hand, his parents, David and Régine, as well as his sister Judith play their own roles and were therefore present at the preview this Tuesday evening.
Guests for his quest for identity
Present in his usual black outfit, the comedian was indeed surrounded by part of his family … but not whole: his brother Arie, who does not play in the film either, was absent. On the other hand, among the other actors of the film, there was the young Olivia Jubin, who interprets the role of Agnès, as well as sister Catherine.
And other celebrities were present such as comedians Jhon Rachid and Tareek, both of whom came to discover their friend’s film. Elie Semoun, a long-time friend of Gad Elmaleh, had also made the trip and had fun putting his hands together in front of the film poster and Ibrahim Maalouf, who came with his wife Hiba.
The sublime Nadia Farès, in a fur jacket, had also made the trip solo. Also beautiful in a transparent outfit, Delphine Wespiser had chosen a 100% black look which gave her a radiant tone.
