For thirty years, Patrick Poivre d’Arvor was the favorite presenter of the French, the star of the 20 hours news of TF1 and its 10 million viewers. Since February 2021, the former ratings champion has found himself at the heart of an unprecedented sex scandal in the media world: nowadays, 26 women testified against him and 16 filed a complaint, including seven for rape. They were between 19 and 34 years old and say they have been silent until then out of shame or fear for their careers.

This investigation is based on testimonies and unpublished documents. Patrick Poivre d’Arvor denies all the charges against him. Most of the complaints lodged were dismissed for lack of evidence or for prescription. Two of them are being investigated by the courts.
