François Arnaud in Liam Neeson’s next film

Montreal actor François Arnaud joins the cast of the thriller Marlowe, alongside Liam Neeson, Diane Kruger and Jessica Lange.

Arnaud, who starred in the television series The moodys, The Borgias and Schitt’s Creek, in I killed my mother by Xavier Dolan, as well as in several Quebec and international feature films, finds himself on the bill for another important production, he who has been working his way for several years between Quebec and Hollywood.

He will perform in Marlowe the role of Nico Peterson, brother of Lynn Peterson, played by Portuguese actress Daniela Melchior (The Suiciade Squad).

Liam Neeson will star in the film, which will also star Diana Kruger, Jessica Lange, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Alan Cumming, Danny Huston, Ian Hart and Colm Meaney.

Marlowe, directed by Neil Jordon (The Crying Game), is based on the novel The Black-Eyed Blonde, by John Banville. It traces the investigation of private detective Philip Marlowe, hired to find the former lover of an heiress who will find himself entangled in a case much more complicated than expected.

The feature film is currently filming in Ireland and Spain.
