Wednesday April 20 at 9 p.m. on France 2 and TF1, it’s the debate between the two towers, a televised duel between Emmanuel Macron of The Republic on the Move and Marine Le Pen of the National Rally.

To talk about this traditional debate, Célyne Baÿt-Darcourt, media journalist at franceinfo, answers questions from CE2-CM2 students at the Etienne Dolet school in Alfortville (Val-de-Marne).
At the microphone, Charles opens the show: “How do we organize all this and where is it going to happen?” asks the schoolboy, who also wonders about the device with the cameras. Aden takes a look at ratings and how many people watched “The Great Debate” in 2017, during the previous election. Olivia and Madeline wonder about the reasons for such a debate. Charles again wants to know if the candidates have the right to be “rough with each other”.
