Flavie Flament shocked by images of her: “The blow of old!”

Last week, early fans of Stars at home reconnected with their favorite program. The show was making a comeback twenty years after its very first broadcast on TF1. On board, Flavie Flament, emblematic presenter of the show, invited on the set of C to you this Thursday February 24 to promote the second issue of this 2022 edition expected this Friday 25. To blow out this candle, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine proposed to review in images the first seconds of Stars at home, broadcast on February 3, 2001 in front of the Olympia hall in Paris. An unexpected surprise for Flavie Flament who, like some fans surprised by their idols, took quite a slap: “The stroke of old! It was twenty years ago, I didn’t even remember those images for example“. Discovering herself twenty years younger, Flavie Flament couldn’t believe it: “What a young girl, what a poor girl! And at the same time, magnificent, I don’t know. These are images from another era“.

Trying to cheer up her guest, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine clarified that Stars at home was “a show that hasn’t aged a bit“. Lack of pot, this little sentence did not have the expected effect: “The show, no!” joked Flavie Flament. Despite this visibly difficult step back, Benjamin Castaldi’s ex-wife is the happiest. Especially since today’s stars are those who, twenty years ago, were in front of their screens, stars in their eyes, they too dream of one day seeing their favorite singer land at home, like Angèle. Moreover, without the Belgian artist, the great comeback of Stars at home might never have happened.

During the confinements, consequences of the Covid-19 crisis, Angèle “watched cult sequences on repeat“from the show that made him want to see the program return:”Angèle had posted stories saying ‘but I want to see this Stars show again at home,’ said Flavie Flament. It made its way I think in the head of a broadcaster. it also happens to be the 20th anniversary of the show. We met on this invitation. I said yes right away! It’s great and it does us good in this terrible news.” A great show to smile at (f) life!
