It is a very contrasting period that lives Enzo Zidane On personal plans. The son of legend Zinedine Zidane decided to leave Spain last year to try his luck in his country of birth, France. A top football player, the handsome 27-year-old never really made it to the top level, despite being trained at Real Madrid. After several attempts abroad, in Switzerland and Portugal in particular, he decided to sign last year at Rodez Aveyron Football, a French second division club in which he plays alongside Jonathan Varane, who is none other than the half-brother of Raphaël Varane.
If he is focused on his football career, the most important thing is elsewhere at the moment for Enzo Zidane, who has just become a dad for the first time. On May 20, he announced the birth of his daughter Sia, to the delight of those close to him and in particular his father, who recently met his granddaughter. All of these changes eventually had an impact on the footballer’s season with the Rodez club and his record is quite starving : three starts, twelve entries into play, no goal and no assist for the fiancé of Karen Goncalves.
Enzo Zidane will have to find a new club
An almost white season that he ended up paying for, as the president of Rodez, Pierre-Olivier Murat, coldly indicated two days ago. “It’s over”, he simply replied when asked about the future of Enzo Zidane with the Aveyron club. Arrived last June, the very recent dad will already have to pack his bags and find another club for next season.
