Emmanuel Macron is aware of dividing for several months! Wanting to explain himself in turn about the very controversial pension reform, the Head of State spoke directly to his fellow citizens this Monday, April 17, 2023. This new televised address was eagerly awaited by the latter. For several weeks now, multiple demonstrations organized each week have been shaking France.
Concerned about this crisis, Emmanuel Macron, however, defended this much criticized bill. “These changes were necessary to secure retirement for everyone and produce more wealth for our nation.” indicated facing the camera the tenant of the Élysée, stressing that “the number of retirees is increasing” as well as “our life expectancy”.
“However, is this reform accepted? Obviously, no”, added Emmanuel Macron not without bitterness. “Despite months of consultation, a consensus could not be found. I regret it and we must learn all the lessons. The politician also revealed his ambitions in other areas that concern the French.
On the Web, many Internet users reacted to his speech. Being on the lookout for the slightest topical subject, Bertrand Chameroy also bounced back on his speech on the set of “C to you” that same day. To do so, he (once again) used the humor card. Facing the camera, the chronicler of Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine also wanted to wink at the Dalai Lama with his style of dress. But not only…

“The time has come to move on…”
“For those who missed the President’s speech earlier […] here is a summary, it was at 8 p.m. “, dropped the latter before broadcasting his humorous video. In an Elysian setting, Bertrand Chameroy alternates the facial expressions of the President of the Republic and those of the Tibetan leader. In the background, a fake fire and cries of demonstrators were also in the spotlight.
“My dear compatriots… This evening, it is with wisdom and in a spirit of peace that I address you,” explains the colleague of Patrick Cohen. “You know anger and tumult have never been a solution. Where you brandish your middle fingers, I hold out my hand to you… This reform was necessary whatever you thought of it”.
And to add impassively: “Also, I’m asking you to take a deep breath and think differently. Use your bricks to light incense sticks instead of a trash can. It’s time to move on. […]”. To close his tirade, Bertrand Chameroy subtly evoked the recent controversy that tainted the Dalai Lama: “French, French… Suck my tongue”. A daring (and very surprising) release that made Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine laugh out loud! Similar reaction for some Twittos to believe their many returns.
