The challenge for the President of the Republic, interviewed in “L’Evénement” on France 2, Wednesday October 26, was to relaunch a second term which is slipping. Guillaume Daret was behind the scenes of the show, we take stock with him on the set of the “8 Hours” of France 2.
Emmanuel Macron, during his speech on the program “L’Evénement”, broadcast on France 2 on Wednesday October 26, notably reached out to the right. “Yes, because he obviously needs to broaden his majority, and we saw him very clearly draping himself in the clothes of the President of order, of budgetary order when he justified the use of 49.3 on the finance bill”indicates Guillaume Daret on the set of France 2.

He clearly extended his hand to the right, speaking of the merit of working, almost of words with Sarkozy accents”, analyzes the journalist. “And for the very first time, he pointedly said that he wanted “an alliance with LR”.
The Head of State wanted “to stick to the concerns of the daily life of the French, with a limit on inflation and wages. It encourages companies to give bonuses to employees, to sometimes increase wages, to better share wealth”reports Guillaume Daret. “What happens if companies don’t want to do it? There is no solution”concludes the journalist.
