Emilie Carvalho is the boss of Emilie and the cool kids, a coffee shop (or tea room). Here we make bagels, salads, cookies, cakes, drinks. These are nearly one hundred and fifty recipes inspired by American pastries, everything is homemade!
Emilie Carvalho opened a first coffee shop in Reims place du forum in December 2020 and the second opens on July 5 rue buirette.
