At Tiap the restaurant in Mont-de-Marsan rue Gambetta, you will eat small dishes mainly based on legumes and seasonal vegetables. Tasty and amazing dishes and desserts. At the head of Tiap, the chef of the restaurant L’Art des Mets in Saint-Sever Nicolas Fort. A pure Landes chef who has led a reflection on our daily diet, which is sometimes too rich, especially in meat. It is from this observation that Tiap was born, a restaurant neither vegan nor vegetarian but which looks like it, ideal for the lunch break.

Are we testing a chocolate muffin without flour, butter and eggs?

But how do you make a good chocolate muffin that tastes without flour, butter and eggs? No problem for chef Nicolas Fort who replaces the flour with mixed red beans, the butter with a neutral oil. You don’t even need eggs or yeast to get a slightly sweet and tasty chocolate muffin. To be tested absolutely like the “Artisanal yogurt and Aquafaba Meringues with dried fruits and chocolate“, the “Citrus cream, seasonal fruits and homemade granola” for example.
