The generosity of Moroccans is taking shape. Blood donations are increasing throughout the country.
In front of the blood transfusion center in Marrakech (Morocco), there were long queues on the morning of Sunday September 10. Men and women, they came to donate blood. The scenes are reproduced in all the cities of Morocco. Sometimes it’s the only way to act. “It’s an opportunity to help, to make a donation”specifies a local resident.
Solidarity in France
In France, the surge of solidarity is being organized. In Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin), a Muslim cultural institute appealed for generosity, particularly for basic necessities. “This morning, I dealt with what was most urgent, what I had at home”, says a resident. In Côtes-d’Armor, another mobilization is taking place to collect medicines. In Rouen (Seine-Maritime), a halal supermarket is launching a collection and a call for donations.
