È campa quì in Omessa: Augustin Franceschini, artisan butcher

The history of the Franceschini butcher’s shop was written down by Augustin’s grandfather before the war.

After his father, Augustin took over the continuation of the family business by developing its activity.

Today, the passionate butcher continues to work with his wife. He opens the butcher’s shop in the village twice a week. The rest of the time, the craftsman travels aboard his van through the villages of Central Corsica and Castagniccia to sell his meat and his products.
