A few days after Sciences-Po, several dozen demonstrators gathered in the courtyard of the Sorbonne University, in Paris, Monday April 29, to support the Palestinian cause. They were evacuated by the police.

Several LFI elected officials present
On Monday, several elected officials from La France insoumise joined the ranks of demonstrators, including Louis Boyard. “You have before you young people who have decided to get involved to stop the war, obtain peace and an end to a genocide”, says the deputy for Val-de-Marne. The police intervened in the afternoon to disperse the demonstrators. This movement comes a few days after the occupation of Sciences-Po Paris by pro-Palestinian students who demanded an end to partnerships between the establishment and universities and businesses. “accomplices to the genocide in Gaza”.
