“Emmanuel Macron thought that the increase in participation (…) could benefit his camp”he estimates. Indeed, a massive participation of 66.7% was observed in the ballot boxes. “But it did not change the order of arrival, it did not change the weakness in which the camp of the President of the Republic is”observes the specialist. “This bet is a failure”concludes Nicolas Prisset.
