Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: the white car found, a dismal discovery inside

Are we about to witness a major step in the investigation into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar? Everything is possible after the discovery of traces of blood in the car of one of Cédric’s friends, her husband, imprisoned for his murder for several months. This new step follows the revelations of Marco, the fellow prisoner of the accused, who had given the police all the confidences received by Cédric Jubillar lately.

According to him, the one who has never cracked for more than a year had admitted to the murder of his wife and had said that he had transported the body in a white car. “Cédric would have used a white car. I understood that he had not used his own car to transport it. He told me he didn’t use his own car to transport her. He told me he wasn’t going to be dumb enough to use his own car“, he had explained to the police.

But investigators had no trace of the car, the couple only owning one in navy blue. They widened the search to close acquaintances of the couple who could be the owners of this white vehicle. Until falling on a thirty-year-old, nicknamed Jérôme to preserve his anonymity, owner of a white Peugeot 206. He does not really remember his job at the time of the events. However, he tells the police that Cédric Jubillar allowed himself strange ways with him: “He came to my house when he wanted to, and came back to me like in a mill (…) Once, he even came back while I was sleeping and I was in my bed to ask me for narcotics. My front door was always open, at that time anyone could come in. So Cédric was able to come in the middle of the night to take my car and bring it back to me without my noticing.“.

A new step which could well be capital if the traces of blood found inside the vehicle are indeed those of Delphine Jubillar. As a reminder, this nurse, mother of two young children, disappeared in December 2020. Her husband Cédric had first spoken of a walk during which she would have disappeared, before being suspected, following remarks contradictory statements and statements from their son (who says he heard them arguing that night). In full separation, they had each rebuilt their lives on their side.

Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the charges against him until his trial.
