Denis Brogniart shares a photo of Father Fouras (Fort Boyard) without makeup!

Both shows are produced by the same production company, Adventure Line Productions, and so there is a porosity between the teams of Koh Lanta (broadcast on TF1) and those of Fort Boyard (on France 2). This is what we were able to see on January 17, when we discovered a snapshot shared on Instagram by the host of the first program, Denis Brogniart.

Father Fouras from Fort Boyard also works in “Koh Lanta”!

The latter published a group photo on social networks, under which he declares: “Soon the return of Koh-Lanta on TF1! With on this photo part of the production team”. And to add: “With in this photo part of the production team! Alexia (Alexia Laroche-Joubert), the boss, Julien (Julien Magne) the producer, Francis (Francis Cote) the director, Yann (Yann Le Gac ), the inventor and designer of the games and Valentin (Valentin Wattelet) the production manager! Osmosis and complicity”.

And this game designer named Yann does not only have one hat in the box… Yann Le Gac is none other than the famous Father Fouras of Fort Boyard. He has been performing it since 1991 – before him, Michel Scourneau was in charge.

Aged 68, he must lend himself to more than an hour of make-up on each show, to be able to play this old man with a white beard, who poses riddles to the candidates. Within the Fort, Yann le Gac also designed a few events, until 2014.

This cult test that he imagined for the TF1 game

Since 2003, this jack of all trades has also officiated in Koh Lanta, to find events, and in particular that of the posts, which is now inseparable from the adventure show.
