The owner in custody
The Blois town hall assured that this ride had been properly controlled. “We base ourselves on documents and these were provided, so we considered that there was material for this ride to be there”, declared Jonathan Dogan, technical advisor at the city hall. Investigators will assess the ride in the coming hours. The owner is still in custody at the Blois police station.
