David Hallyday tackles Laeticia Hallyday and responds to Jade and Joy!

While we have just celebrated the sixth anniversary of Johnny Hallyday’s death, his family, now divided into two clans, continues to be torn apart. Last December 10, Jade and Joy Hallyday spoke for the first time on television in the show Seven to Eight on TF1. The two young girls aged 19 and 15 then denounced the behavior of David Hallyday and Laura Smet who, since their father’s burial, have literally disappeared.

“I experienced it quite badly. Because I took it as a betrayal in fact. An abandonment.” Joy then declared. “Another abandonment. A betrayal of our own family” Jade added. “In Saint Barth, when we buried Dad, they made us promises that they would always be there for us, that we would see each other regularly. We had this conversation and they promised that we would see each other often. And then when they left Saint-Barth we didn’t see them anymore, we didn’t have contact with them anymore.”.

Furious, Jade and Joy also defended their mother, Laeticia Hallyday : “They said horrible things about our mother. Lies. They created stories about us, about our mother. Very, very painful things. It’s hard when it comes from our own family when they are supposed to be our half-brother and half-sister. It’s sad because after dad left we could have had this bond even stronger…”.

David Hallyday responds to Jade and Joy live on Europe 1
Two weeks after these statements, David Hallyday finally decided to respond to his two little sisters. Guest at the radio microphone Europe 1 this Saturday, December 23, 2023, the singer declared: “They don’t have a huge amount of life experience, I think they are not responsible for what they dothey are still too young.

The singer then addressed a new attack to his former mother-in-law Laeticia Hallyday who according to him is responsible for this new war: What is always unfortunate and sad is to put young girls or children in an uncomfortable place. for them and to put them through this kind of thing when they don’t have all the ins and outs, when they haven’t made their life yet.”

“Me, my children, I protected them a lot and I did well, but everyone has their own way of doing things. My father and mother did not educate me or anyone in our family to air our dirty laundry in public.that’s not how we do it.”
