Ingredients for 6 people:
- 1 liter of water
- 1 large handful of freshly picked dandelion greens (about 40 g)
- 10 dandelion flower buds still closed (about 10 g)
- 5 dandelion flowers already opened (about 5 g)
- ½ inch fresh root ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 heaping tablespoon flower honey
- optional: juice of 1/2 lemon
Preperation
wash and drain dandelion leaves, buds and flowers thoroughly. Place them in a saucepan.
Boil the liter of water, then pour over the dandelion directly.
Add honey, ginger slices and optional lemon juice. Stir well.
Leave to infuse covered until completely cooled.
Filter the result and place in the fridge until the next morning.
infusion to consume in the morning when you get out of bed and on an empty stomach! A glass every morning is enough.
