It was the big TV event of this weekend. Saturday October 15, twenty years after the first edition of the “Star Academy”, TF1 offered a new edition of this singing competition still hosted by the indestructible Nikos Aliagas. Viewers thus discovered yesterday the thirteen young amateur singers selected from more than 20,000 applications and the famous arrival at the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys.
While the question arose as to whether the public was going to be there for a program designed in the 2000s, the result was rather convincing for TF1. Indeed, the launch of this new generation “Star Academy” brought together no less than 4.84 million French people on average, or 24.9% of the audience share of the entire public.
And among the viewers, a certain Cyril Hanouna did not fail to take a look at the show which included the presence of Jenifer, the first emblematic winner. Not necessarily very excited about this return and sometimes even indifferent, the host and flagship producer of C8 tweeted this Sunday, October 16 that he had generally enjoyed the show. “Okay darlings, I’m leaving for Le Mans! Tournament! And I still watched the starac a little yesterday, it’s not bad! Congratulations to the Endemol_France teams and my friend jeanlouistv!”, he wrote before announcing that he would still throw some criticism on Monday in “Touche pas à mon poste”.You can be proud even if, as I told you, I’m still going to sleep a little on Monday! But I feel good!”, he announced.
