Croque Bedaine in Nantes

Beer is at the heart of the Croque Bedaine concept. Les Bedonnantes is a range of exclusive beers brewed at the Rouget de Lisle brewery. The Croque Bedaine team is constantly on the lookout for novelties and rare pearls. The menu is constantly evolving and is characterized by its great diversity. Blondes, whites, ambers, browns, IPA, aged in oak barrels, unfiltered… there is something for everyone! To be consumed, of course, in moderation!

Croques are made with baker’s bread, made from flour whose assembly is secret. If everyone knows the traditional recipe based on white ham and Emmental, Le Croque Bedaine has chosen to adapt it to infinity and gives a specific name to each recipe. Thanks to a unique machine and its ability to seal the edges, Croque belly has created more than 80 different recipes. Ratatouille, Hanger steak with shallots or Flemish carbonnade, the possibilities are endless.
