Health authorities reported Thursday 1,572 hospitalizations linked to COVID-19 in Quebec, a drop of 19 from the previous day. Among these, 36 patients are in intensive care, 4 less than on Wednesday.
Quebec also reports 19 additional deaths attributable to the disease, including 2 in the last 24 hours, and officially lists 844 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,188,798 infections have been reported, and 16,637 of them have been fatal.
