Job description Director & Youth and Family Animator:
Within the youth and family animation pole of the AVEC association – under the responsibility of the pole manager and the management team.

Your missions:
– Participate in the development of the youth & family animation project, in connection with the associative project
– Manage the youth reception: design and animate the educational project and activities of the youth reception of the association AVEC.
– Lead and manage groups of young people and support them in setting up projects and actions.
– Animate and co-animate times in the social life space.
– Design and lead interventions in schools (college and high school).
– Participate in the various networks of the youth and family pole.

Compulsory diplomas:
– BPJEPS-LTP (Professional certificate for youth, popular education and sport, specialty leisure activities for all audiences) + BAFA or BAFD or BPJEPS-CVL (Professional certificate for youth, popular education and sport including a additional capitalizable unit concerning the management of collective reception of minors)
– B permit required for more than 2 years.

Required Skills :
– Meaning and dynamics of the welcome.
– Sense of responsibility.
– Knowing how to work in a team but also independently.
– Computer skills (Word, Excel tools).

Practical information :
– 4-month CDD convertible into CDI.
– Working time: 35 h
– Salary: € 1,747 gross + Restaurant ticket.
