The project comes from Valentin Marchal, sommelier for many years, experiences mainly in gastronomy for 10 years. Its objective is to offer accessible food and wine pairings, by creating a simple place. No need to pull out the big game, or to burn the credit card. It’s about spending a friendly moment around wine in a good mood and accompanied by good food!
Thomas Galharague, author of the Bordeaux food blog: Valentin is accompanied by Romain, his Head Chef, previously Executive Chef at 7, the panoramic restaurant in the city of wine.
This is the 20th wine bar in the Saint-Pierre district, but each wine bar in the district has a very different identity which limits the competition. Consonance, is open Monday to Sunday from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. to spend a moment of conviviality and sharing in a great place.
