A motorcyclist reportedly collided with a vehicle on Highway 15 northbound near La Prairie, Montérégie. The driver of the motorcycle is currently in critical condition.
The incident reportedly occurred around 3 p.m. at kilometer 47. According to initial reports, the motorcyclist heading north collided with the vehicle traveling in the same direction.
The driver of the motorcycle, aged around fifty, was then taken to hospital in critical condition.
Traffic is being blocked in the area.
A police officer trained in collision investigation will go to the scene to clarify the causes and circumstances surrounding this event.
