I have always considered the Fianos from Feudi di San Gregorio as the standard by which this great historic grape variety can be measured. I find it here in a high-level qualitative version. Although it is not very aromatic, this dry white swells in the mouth with a tactile fruitiness, of great density, but also of extraordinary vitality. To discover ! (5+)
