Guillaume Ryckbosch is a tall young man 1m 95very smiling from the village of Coarraze, passionate about agriculture he is studying agricultural engineering. Guillaume Ryckbosch takes care of the well-being of his goats, they go for a walk on sunny days and come home when they want during the day. Guillaume develops all goat-based products, fresh and more refined droppings, others flavored with wild garlic, shallots and the list is not exhaustive. Since last summer, he has been offering ice creams that have been a great success, only available at the farm. You can come to the farm on Wednesday and Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Another product made from goat’s milk that cannot be eaten and deliciously scented: the artisanal soap of course!
The Henry IV goat farm in Coarraze and at the markets on Friday and Saturday mornings in the halls of Pau, Wednesday mornings in Coarraze, at the Igon market every other week on Friday evenings and Hugo the farm apprentice on the Assat market on Friday evening.
