Cindy Poumeyrol mom for the 2nd time: baby’s face revealed, panic at childbirth!

The family is growing ! Cindy Poumeyrol gave birth to her second child (whose first name has not yet been revealed), a little sister for young Alba (2 years old) on Thursday January 20, 2022. The day after her delivery, the former candidate of Koh-Lanta, The War of the Chiefs (2019) then Koh-Lanta, The Legend (2021) on TF1 sharing the face of his tenderly sleeping daughter (see in our slideshow), gives its news on Instagram and evokes a big panic just before the arrival of baby.

The first contractions begin on the night of January 19 to 20, 2022 for the pretty blonde. Without further ado, she goes to the hospital with her lover and husband Thomas Chestnut. “Disappointment, I’m only two dilated, the contractions don’t intensify, back home. Shit, it was the last day to do a Capricorn. I have to make an appointment on D+2 for a check-up“, then says Cindy Poumeyrol. Finally, the contractions intensify but the future mother “doesn’t dare to go back to the maternity ward for fear of being a burden“. It is only at 5 p.m. that the couple decides.

In fifteen minutes, the medical team installs the monitoring. Contractions, slowly evolving dilation…”nothing crazy“, announces Cindy Poumeyrol. At 6:14 p.m., after an hour, she goes to the toilet and breaks down. “I’m starting to get nervous: I need the epidural, I’m in pain“, she says. Her darling Thomas goes in search of the midwives. They then arrive in a group and it’s a shock. “I was ten and in labor. I saw everyone panicking. No time for the epidural. I was scared I admit but i stayed pretty calm, she says. It was express I bit a nurse next to me and at 6:27 p.m. our daughter was there.” An experiment “so painful“which she lived in spite of herself.

After this pain and this fear, a “wave of happiness” invades the heart of Cindy Poumeyrol. “Thomas was very moved and proud of me, of my calm. Because I had done no preparation for childbirth, no mental preparation, never considered this scenario. But we can say that we women, moms are fucking warriors!“, she concludes.

Congratulations again to Cindy Poumeyrol!
