An evening of pleasure to raise funds for the benefit of Moldovan children, of which Audrey Mislin, author of the blog C’est bon Bordeaux, is the spokesperson. The Ose & Aime association has put the dishes in the big ones, to bring together several chefs from the Bordeaux region: Michel Portos, Sébastien Piniello from Château Malromé, Camille and Soufiane from the restaurant l’Huîtrier Pie, Jérôme Schilling from the restaurant Lalique, Oxana Cretu from the Cromagnon restaurant, Hasnaâ from Hasnaâ Chocolats Grands Crus and Satomi and Stanley from Pâtisserie S will sign the menu for this unique dinner, performed by the Lacoste caterer and the Ferrandi school. Throughout the evening, Bordeaux food and wine pairings will be an opportunity to discover the diversity and commitment of the vineyard. Proposed at a price of €150 per person, an oenological creation workshop led by the Bordeaux Wine School as well as dinner will be served in a place as refined as its menu: the Burdigala II boat. Children will be welcome with their parents. A dinner will be offered to them up to 50 € per child and sports activities will be offered to them by sports coaches, under the supervision of baby sitters. A charity evening on the Burdigala II, where it is useful to book.
An auction intended to increase fundraising will allow guests to afford prestigious lots. The donors are both restaurateurs from the Bordeaux region such as chef Oxana Cretu or the Maison du Fleuve, as well as the gastronomic cruise Esprit-Garonne, local artists such as Marine Tessier / Sculp’Toiles or even Bordeaux craftsmen such as the brand of clothing/leather goods Plume Paris to name but a few. All of the profits collected during the dinner and the auction will be donated to the Pédiatres du Monde association to support their medical training actions in Moldova. Present in the country since 1996, the association has set up a training program for doctors and nursing staff in general paediatrics, currently focused on childhood asthma, as well as a program for the diagnosis and management of caring for deaf children.
