This Thursday, September 26, the Toulouse Court of Appeal confirmed the referral of Cédric Jubillar to the assizes for the murder of his wife Delphine in December 2020.

Cédric Jubillar will be tried before the Assize Court for murder. This is the decision of the investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal (Haute-Garonne) this Thursday, September 26. It followed the requisitions of the investigating judges and the prosecution. In the case of Delphine Jubillar’s disappearance, Cédric’s husband is the only one charged. He has always maintained his innocence. Since his indictment for murder in June 2021, he has been held in solitary confinement.

Searches were carried out and new witnesses were heard, without result. Delphine Jubillar mysteriously disappeared on the night of December 15-16, 2020 in Cagnac-les-Mines in the Tarn department. Nearly three years after her disappearance, the body of the 33-year-old woman has not been found. The trial is expected to take place in 2025 before the Tarn Assize Court.
