Cattle breeding at the Obrecht farm in Andolsheim

The OBRECHT farm in Andolsheim is a traditional family business. Passed down within the same family from generation to generation, it is run today by Daniel OBRECHT.

Breeding matters to this day 120 cattle, including 60 nursing mothers. They have nearly a hundred hectares of crops used mainly for cattle feed (corn, wheat, alfalfa, barley). The crops have been certified Organic Agriculture since 2020.

The flour is available directly at the mill and at points of sale. Breads are also produced and available for purchase.
