Castres in the sights of the Section

It was the first match of the season in September in the Tarn a few days before autumn. On the Lawn of Pierre Fabre, the Section of Piqueronies began a long journey and with it followed a whole procession of questions. The result 16 to 14 for the players of Broncan left regrets, but reassured at least, on the will of a group ready to apply to the letter the new instructions of the staff.

Almost 9 months later, if answers have come to reinforce certain certainties, the progress of the Section does not allow it for the moment, to do better than tenth place. So beating Castres on Sunday would be a big signal for all supporters and partners, as well as for the other teams in the Top 14, for next season. If by dint of hard work La Rochelle has done it, and is walking on the roof of Europe, the Section can do it!
In any case, this is the opinion of our consultants, Damien Traille, Franck Rollès and Jean-Marc Souverbie. Which in passing, are doubtful to say the least, as for the arrival of 5 South African franchises in European Cups. 3 in Champions Cups and 2 in Challenge Cups…
