From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., we talk in Circuit Bleu Côté Saveurs about gluttony, local products, artisanal production … and speaking of gluttony today I present to you the confectionery of the Ardennes!

Her name is Laurence Laurent, a few years ago she left everything to take over a small confectionery that she has since developed.

Pralines, berlingots, sweets, lollipops, fruit jellies, today we are going to take an interest in the manufacture of its products; artisanal production with 100% French products, far from industrial confectionery.

We also went to the Easter fair in Reims to ask the experts for their opinion on the matter: the children!
